Discover Cambodia, Laos and Vietnam with this explorer tour. Starting in Cambodia, with tours to the amazing Angkor Wat, Angkor Thom and Tonle Sap Lake, you will continue to Laos to visit the charming cities of Luang Prabang and Vientiane before finishing with the beautiful landscapes of Vietnam’s Ha Noi, Hue, Hoi An and Ho Chi Minh City.

Day 01: Sydney ► Siem Reap 
Morning depart Australia to Siem Reap via Ho Chi Minh City. Upon arrival in Siem Reap, meet your guide and transfer to four star hotel for 3 nights.
Day 02: Siem Reap (Breakfast. Lunch. Dinner)
Morning visit to visit Angkor Wat, a temple dedicated to the Hindu god Vishnu. Then to visit Angkor Thom the city’s most important monuments including Bayon, Baphuon, the Terrace of Elephants, the Terrace of the Leper King and Phimeanakas with Royal Enclosure. Evening enjoy dinner with Smile of Angkor Dance Show. 
Day 03: Siem Reap (Breakfast. Lunch)
Today visit Ta Prohm where most part of the temple covered by giant fig trees, built in the mid 12th to early 13th centuries. After lunch, drive to Tonle Sap Lake and take boat ride to the floating village drive to Tonle Sap Lake and take boat ride to visit floating Floating village of Chong Kneas witness the daily life of on this Great Lake.
Day 04: Siem Reap
Phnom Penh (Breakfast. Lunch. Dinner)
Take a morning flight to Phnom Penh. Upon arrival visit Silver Pagoda, which located within the Royal Palace ground. After lunch, visit Wat Phnom and Russian market. Then check in to four star hotel for 2 nights.
Day 05: Phnom Penh (Breakfast. Lunch)
Morning visit Tuol Sleng Genocide Museum. This former school was used as a prison by Pol Pot’s security forces. If became the largest centre for detention and torture during the rule of the Khmer Rouge. After lunch, visit the Killing Fields of Choeung Ek.
Day 06: Phnom Penh
Vientiane (Breakfast. Dinner) 
Morning free leisure time. Take a late afternoon flight to Vientiane. On arrival meet your guide and transfer to four star hotel for 2 nights. 
Day 07: Vientiane (Breakfast. Lunch. Dinner)
Today visit the oldest Wat Sisaket, the temple with thousands of miniature Buddha statues and the former royal temple of Wat Hor Prakeo previously housed the famous Emerald Buddha Image. On the way to the famous and sacred structure of That Luang Stupa, we stop to take some pictures of the imposing Patuxay Monument, which is well known as Vientiane’s own Arc de Triumph. If time permits us, we will visit Morning market of Vientiane and see what you will find. Recommended items are Lao textiles, hill-tribe Art, crafts and antiques. 
Day 08: Vientiane
Luang Prabang (Breakfast. Lunch. Dinner)
Take a morning flight to Luang Prabang, one of the best-preserved traditional cities in Southeast Asia. Upon arrival, visit the Royal Palace Museum, the impressive Stupa of Wat Visoun and the shrine of Wat Aham. Evening, climb up to the top of Mount Phousi for an enjoyable exploration of the sacred, gilded stupa as well as  panoramic views of the city at sunset and the Mekong River. Check-in to four star hotel for 2 nights. 
Day 09: Luang Prabang
Pak Ou Luang Prabang (Breakfast. Lunch)
Today’s tour includes the city’s oldest temple and the magnificent Wat Xieng Thong with its roof sweeping low to the ground, which represent the classical architecture of Luang Prabang temple. Then embark on a cruise upstream on the Mekong River where we can view the tranquil countryside, as well as an interesting visit to the mysterious Pak Ou Caves, crammed with thousands of gold lacquered Buddha statues of various shapes and sizes. Along the way, stop at the village of Ban Xang Hai, where they make the local rice wine. On return, take a short drive to Ban Phanom, well known for its hand weaving. 
Day 10: Luang Prabang
Ha Noi (Breakfast. Dinner) 
Morning leisure time free time. Afternoon you will take a flight to Ha Noi, the unique city of tree-line boulevard, French colonial architectures, peaceful lakes and oriental temples. Upon arrival, meet your guide and transfer to four star hotel for 2 nights. 
Day 11: Ha Noi (Breakfast. Lunch. Dinner) 
City tour includes Temple of Literature, Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum, One Pillar Pagoda, and the Ethnic Minority Museum. After lunch, visit Lake of Restored Sword. 
Day 12: Ha Noi
Ha Long Bay (Breakfast. Lunch. Dinner) 
This morning depart Ha Noi and travel by road through the Red River Delta to beautiful Halong Bay. The scenic drive will pass through rural landscapes before arriving at this World Heritage site. Upon arrival board the deluxe Junk Boat where you will enjoy a welcome drink and a delicious freshly caught seafood lunch whilst sailing out of the bay passing amazing shaped mountains. Later you will visit Sung Sot Cave then sail on to Titop Beach and Mountain. Weather permitting, you may wish to take a 400 steps climb up the mountain to enjoy a picturesque view of Halong Bay whilst viewing the sunset. (Overnight on the deluxe Ha Long Bay Cruise) 
Day 13: Ha Long Bay
Ha Noi Hue (Breakfast. Lunch) 
Enjoy early morning view of the bay’s landscape. Sitting on the upper deck, you can relax and enjoy the breath-taking beauty of the rocky islands rising from the water of the bay before taking a small boat to visit Hang Luon. You will have free time to swim before sailing back to the harbour. After check out, have early lunch, then drive back to Ha Noi Airport for flight to Hue. On the way, take a short visit Dong Trieu Pottery Village. Upon arrival at Hue airport meet your guide and transfer to four star hotel for 2 nights. 
Day 14: Hue (Breakfast. Lunch. Dinner) 
Today visit Imperial Citadel from where the Nguyen Dynasty ruled Vietnam between 1802 and 1945, and continue visit to the elaborate tombs of Emperor Tu Duc. After lunch, visit Thien Mu Pagoda to see the 7-storey octagonal tower and an old Austin car, which transported Thich Quang to Saigon in 1963 for his self-immolation. Then board a Dragon Boat ride along the romantic Perfume River back to the hotel. 
Day 15: Hue
Da Nang Hoi An (Breakfast. Lunch. Dinner) 
Morning depart Hue to Hoi An by road via Da Nang (approximately 120km). Drive over the mighty Hai Van Pass views of the Pacific Ocean. On the way stop to visit Cham Museum and Marble Mountain village. Upon arrival in Hoi An, check-in to four star hotel for 3 nights. 
Day 16: Hoi An
My Son Hoi An (Breakfast. Lunch) 
Today drive to My Son a World Heritage site that was the capital and religious centre of the Cham people, now remaining with red brick towers and sanctuaries. My Son, considered being in the same league as some of Southeast Asia’s greatest archaeological sites, including Angkor in Cambodia, Bagan in Myanmar, Ayuthaya in Thailand and Borobudur in Indonesia. These towers and sanctuaries were built from the 7th to 13th centuries. Return to Hoi An for lunch and then take a half-day walking tour through the narrow winding streets of the Ancient Quarter visiting Phuc Kien Temple, Chinese Assembly Halls, the 200 year old Tam Ky ancestral house, the Japanese Covered Bridge and the colourful local markets. 
Day 17: Hoi An (Breakfast) 
Free leisure time to explore Hoi An Town or relax at the beach. 
Day 18: Hoi An
Da Nang Ho Chi Minh City (Breakfast. Lunch. Dinner)
Take a morning flight to Ho Chi Minh City. On arrival visit Notre Dame Cathedral, the Old Post Office and War Museum where we can view the displays and photographs during the Vietnam War in the 70s. After lunch, visit Reunification Palace, the democratic regime of former South Vietnam. Enjoy shopping at Ben Thanh Market. Check-in to four star hotel for 3 nights. 
Day 19: Ho Chi Minh City
Cu Chi Tunnels Ho Chi Minh City (Breakfast. Lunch)
Morning drive to Cu Chi Tunnels, an incredible underground system covering nearly 250km, which was shelter to over 16,000 locals and communist guerrillas during the war. On arrive watch a short video showing how the tunnels constructed, then exploring the hidden tunnels and on display are various mantraps. Afternoon free leisure.
Day 20: Ho Chi Minh City
Mekong Delta Ho Chi Minh City (Breakfast. Lunch. Dinner)
Morning depart to Mekong Delta (Vinh Long Province); drive overland to Cai Be, in the heart of the Mekong Delta. On arrival at Cai Be, board a sampan boat to visit Cai Be floating market and experience how local people exchange their goods, fruit and many other commodities on the river. Continue to Vinh Long through small canals. Enjoy lunch with fresh food in the heart of fruit garden. Visit an old colonial house and a rice corn factory. Late afternoon drive back to Ho Chi Minh City.
Day 21: Ho Chi Minh City
Australia (Breakfast) 
Morning free time. Late afternoon transfers to the airport for your flight home. 
Day 22: Australia arrival
